"This is a lovely hotel the only thing that let it down was the evening meal . Every night choices on the menu weren’t available. We stayed 5 nights and the evening meals were disappointing. We asked to speak to the chef and were told that all the meals came in frozen except the steak and didn’t resemble a rump steak it was shaped like a jenga brick and grossly we were offer gravy which we had to pay extra for and it only came with a few chips and rocket with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Very disappointing I expected better from a Hilton hotel who we have stayed with before and never been disappointed "

"Hotel was ok but there’s all roadworks being done around the property. We booked for the swimming pool but it was all shut and disappointed this wasn’t mentioned when booking"
