"We have stayed here a few times and always do when we come to Harrogate as it’s great location not far from the station great from restaurants and bars and also not far from the shops and it has an underground car park although £15 per night for the car park definitely gone up since we last stayed there and seems extreme, especially if you were staying more than 2 to 3 nights Bar area is quite small so when we came back on Saturday evening going to the Nike app, we weren’t able to get in the bath so we just went straight to bed Bed comfortable or standard rumours rather small it had a king-size bed in it which is very close to the bathroom. There wasn’t much room around the area. I think we must’ve chosen a Dulux in the past and we were on the 11th floor. We will always stay here again and actually have recommended it to family who are staying here in a few weeks time Breakfast has lots of choice the only gripe about breakfast as the staff are too attentive. She kept walking past our table waiting for us to finish our cereal to grab a bottle and kept looking at us and then with the minutes I put my spoon down in the bowl she’s like can I take your bowl? Then we went and got I’ll cook breakfast and she came back again. Is everything okay? We said yeah, everything‘s fine and then she came back again. Attentive staff is always good but sometimes when you’re having trying to have a quiet casual breakfast while waking up, it can be overpowering."

"I booked this beautifully modern hotel for my husband's birthday trip to York, and it was truly magnificent! We were lucky to be placed in a stunning, very spacious room that featured a gorgeous view of York Minster. Since the stay was booked specifically for his birthday, the hotel went the extra mile by welcoming us with a handwritten birthday card and a complimentary drinks voucher for the bar right upon our arrival into our room. The overall service and upkeep during our stay were flawless. Our room was cleaned and turned over beautifully every day, and the staff consistently replenished our bottled water, which we highly appreciated. Furthermore, every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring. We loved being within easy walking distance of everything and everywhere in the town centre. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York!"

"We had a two double bedded room, but all the 'useful' shelving was between the beds, this meant that there was no where for my phone and glasses on the outer side of each bed. Placing these items on the floor was hazardous as it seemed a long way down to the room floor and proved an annoyance"
