"We had a great time at this beautiful property. Only one thing, the pool deck was not swept our entire weeks stay. This caused uncomfortable walking as tree seeds were on the deck. Other than that it was amazing. "

"Here is my honest review — and I have traveled to Turks, USVI, Aruba, French Riviera, and Italy. This resort is over priced. From the food and drinks to the room rates, keep in mind, you will be charged an additional $400 US dollars in taxes and fees alone, in addition to your nightly rate. Drinks are $25-$30…plan to spend about $150 for breakfast, and anywhere between $260-$600 for lunch and dinner. This resort was nice and I booked a date at $1300 per night, only to find out the real rate was $1788. It’s a nice resort but these things have left a sour taste in my mouth. And for that reason I will definitely not be back to any 4S resorts ever again, anywhere. This is also the last time I’ll be visiting Cabo. I’d rather go to Turks and Caicos for the prices we paid. Your employees were excellent. "

"We booked this to accommodate a family Christmas vacation for 11 adults (aged 23 - 72) and 5 children (age 1 - 9). From our initial communication with Bruce (the property manager) to our send off by Manuel and LuLu (the onsite staff), we were overwhelmed with the property and the gracious service. Our children LOVED the pool and all of the water toys. We elected to have Manuel do our grocery shopping and everything was as requested. He even went out of the way to provide a pinata and an amazing Tres Leche cake for our grandson's birthday. Lulu prepared appetizers and cooked delicious Mexican meals each night. The daily housekeeping service was much appreciated. We used the van service for transportation from and to the airport for most of the party. We rented a small car and were glad we did. We needed to go into town for some additional groceries and had a trip to Urgent Care, where our daughter-in-law was treated very well! We are all in agreement that we will be back when we plan another winter get away with the extended family! Thank you Manuel and Lulu."
