I have stayed at riu Santa Fe 3 times and if I do go back I am staying there again ! Good hotel
Excellent service and the employees working there are the best.
This is a solid 4 star resort, the service is good, the selection of food and activities is wide and overall we had a good experience. I found the food to be surprisingly good for an all inclusive, with a lot of choice. Meats were particurally good. However the selection of food around the pool was ...
The rooms could be more cleaner. The floors were dirty all over the room and some of the walls were dirty. The king size beds were also a little uncomfortable and hard to really relax and sleep on. Other than that this resort was amazing! There was lots to do and so many good food options all other! ...
The AC didn't get as cold as to our liking. They did bring fans and it helped, but still didn't get past 22.
Location is wonderful, next to the marina, it provides lot of options for meals and water sports. Food and drinks at the Playa Grande are very expensive and not worth the price; much better value outside. The beach party and Mexican fiesta are well worth attending and are actually good value when ...
Beautiful property. Excellent food. Be warned starting from Thursdays a younger crowd arrives, bachelor/bachelorette parties and just full out obnoxious groups. Other than that I recommend this property
The staff was very nice and everything was always clean!
