"Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park."

"The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Outside there were two good size pools and a short walk away are two small but nice beaches. I found the music around the pool a bit too loud and even though there were lots of sun loungers they were quickly taken up. The apartments were well equipped and clean and the food options on the half board were good however you do have to pay for your drinks. Overall a pleasant hotel"

"Very good location and spacious and comfortable apartment. Stuff very inflexible and unwilling to accommodate. The interaction with the staff was disappointing in tone and content. Real pity as the property is great."

"The room was as per pictures on the website, basic and dated but clean, the cleaners called every day and were very friendly. Air conditioning worked well in the room and the room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff not so approachable, breakfast included, very average, pool area was always overcrowded and uncomfortable. No towels provided for pool. Location was ok, 15 min walk to beach, 20 minute walk to water park."

"Checked in at 2am for a 1 night stay, managed to secure a late checkout even that close to the time. Room was on the top floor facing the sea. Amazing!"
