Rooms size and cleaningless very disappointing. Bathroom very old and not very clean. No AC. Disappointing experience for the price.

It was close to Salisbury Cathedral and had an excellent breakfast.

Friendly staff. Long trek to rooms for older people. Pleasant outdoor and indoor communal areas.

Friendly and welcoming.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful although they’re occasionally lacking in numbers (Bar/Breakfast). The twin room was large and comfortable alhough the single beds were rather narrow. The decor in the area which we slept seemed rather tired and in need of refurbishment. Parking was £15 a night, worth it for the convenience but a bit of a struggle with all the builders’ things lying about. But, all in all, it was good value and we felt most welcome in a wonderful location in a beautiful historic city.
