Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again !

I read reviews, many peoples said that the room so small, but, I am lucky we got big room and 2 big double beds. And also has 2 sofas. The hotel close to train station, and may restaurant around. And also has coin laundry inside the hotel. The staffs very friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so many choice. The room and bathroom very clean.

家族でいつもデラックスルームを利用します。 ベッドが横に動かせてくっつけられるので、子供が小さくても隙間に落ちる心配をしなくていいのが気に入っています。(どこもそんなものなのかもしれませんが)シャワーの湯温の調整がもう少ししやすいといいかな。朝食はお弁当用のパックが置かれているので、自分で詰めて部屋で食べることもできます。 近くにドンキやコンビニ、飲食店も多いので便利です

朝食バイキングが完全セルフの為マナーのない他の利用者が席の独占や食材を総取りしてるなど他の利用者を考えないような使い方をしてる人達が多くあまりいい気分ではなかった。 エレベーターも2つしかなく割り込みや無理やり入ってくる人もいて不愉快だった。（主にアジア系外国人） 部屋のトイレが深夜に詰まるというトラブルがあったがスタッフさんが嫌な顔せず親切に対応してくれたのはとてもありがたかった。 スタッフさんはとても良かったが、利用者の方の治安があまり良くなく感じました。
