Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Greaqt room and good service with excellent staff

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Great service and super clean

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all.
