We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel in a great location.

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Excellent hotels

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Charming hotel, attentive service, very comfortable room and bed. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend

Really brilliant hotel on an equally brilliant location

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor. We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.

Fab hotel. Well located. Rooms clean and modern. Staff very friendly.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.
