"Hotel Is in a great position to view a lot of london. Clean, My only gripe is the bed did not have a ridged edge which made it very soft on the edge which was very disconcerting when you got near the edge. And the bed being against the wall is tricky to get out of when your older. We didnt go to bar or restaurant or any of the amenities , so can't comment on thise"

"For the most part the place was nice and I'd most likely stay again. Though it was a little far from the city proper, the public transportation was very useful. There is the water ferry and the busses that can get you to the underground easily enough. There were 2 things that prevent me from giving all the stars. The internet and the elevator. From the lobby the internet worked perfectly, but from our room is spotty at best. I'd say we could connect for maybe 10 minutes before it going out. The only way to re-connect was to forget the connection and sign in again. It was very annoying. The other issue was the elevator for 'our' tower was down 3 or 4 times we tried to use it. There were other elevators close enough. 4/5 stars"

"The room was clean and tidy and had all that was needed. The hotel is situated in a good location just 5 minutes from the tube and high street . The room was nice and quiet. Staff were all pleasant and helpful apart from one person who dealt with our left luggage who was a bit miserable . The big thing that brought down the star rating for us was that the hotel charges for left luggage . It is very disappointing that when you have spent a night with a hotel that luggage is charged for . I have not known a hotel to do this in the UK .Whilst it is not huge sums of money it is the principle of the matter ."
