"This hotel is in spacious grounds and you wouldn't think you were near the centre of a major city. It is just about worthy of its 4 Star rating. Only stayed for one night so limited experience of facilities. Staff were helpful especially in the restaurant but we found the restaurant a bit claustrophobic - small and no external windows, and a somewhat limited menu for a 4* hotel. . The Spa was OK. The 'Privilege' room was of a generous size and well appointed but the view of close-by trees...
