Nice hotel, great location in the centre of Sheffield. The staff were friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that the central heating system was noisy enough to disturb my sleep.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a nit haphazard. Tables were not available and there was no check in so you had to find your own way. The staff were very friendly and tried their best but they were somewhat overwhelmed. Also, there was a power outage on my second morning so no TV or power sockets were available but overall, it was a nice stay.

This is a perfectly fine and clean travel hotel. The coffee at breakfast could be much improved, there could be a few more healthier options for food, the rooms were very clean and the little gummies at reception were tasty.

The rooms had wooden floors which I really liked, felt clean and modern. The bathroom had a huge shower and was clean. It was in a great location, very close to the city hall where we were going for an event. My only issue was we went to the rooftop bar and the staff member who served us came across as very bored and not friendly which was a disappointment as everyone else seemed very friendly there.

Location is brilliant for solo travellers who want to enjoy the city. I was on a break from my busy life so the restaurant at the rooftop came in handy. I ordered room service and it was a dream. Fresh towels, fresh bed and good food! What’s not to love.
