"From start to finish the service was excellent. Lovely room refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and a large comfortable bed. Would definitely use this hotel again. Special mention for Stuart on the front desk who i spoke to the day before on the phone explaining my wife had a broken foot and could we check in a little earlier. He arranged the early check in and when i turned up he was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the hotel. "

"We stayed at the Bristol Hotel when going to a concert in Bath. It’s within say walking distance of the train station, and the surrounding area is pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and check in and out were easy. Would recommend."

"The hotel was very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked very well! It's in a marvellously central area handy for lovely pubs and shopping. The only problem was a huge crack in the bathroom basin on which my wife snagged her hand. "
