"This is a great little place outside of the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh and was perfect for a short overnight stay. The host was very sweet and the accommodations were modest. The breakfast was great and the coffee was even better. There is also a great restaurant close by for dinner called The Spylaw. Highly recommend it."

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "

"Clean room. Parking for 2 cars only. No on sight staff. Comfortable bed. Great if your not looking to be hosted.
Entrance could do with a good tidy up and a clean, doesn't give the best impression when you go in. But the room itself was clean and Comfortable.
I would stay here again and would recommend 👌"
