lovely little find. Room was lovely, beautifully decorated. Fridge and aircon which are invaluable when travelling with work. Room was a little small, the others looked larger so would book one of these next time. Only improvement would be remove the shower curtains and replace with glass, no one likes a shower curtain!!

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time.
