The rooms are nice and clean.The decor is pleasant and rooms are bright. I found this hotel to be quiet. They have magnets on the hall doors that shut at night. It stops the noise. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. "

"I had a short, but nice stay at the Village Hotel. The room was nice and clean and the staff was extremely nice. I flew in from the US and brought the wrong type of voltage adapter with me. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to lend me a cell phone charger, which really saved the day. Great hotel! "

"This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard!
