"We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be friendly and efficient. Our balcony room was a real bonus especially as we were staying 3 nights. The central location makes it an ideal choice for a visit to Bath. Breakfast was excellent."

"Perfect for short stays and conveniently located for walks into the city centre as well as to drive out into the countryside. Parking charges at £17.50 / 24 hours is steep for families and will force to cut down on eating out or shopping opportunities. All in all it’s an excellent hotel with friendly and smiling staff. "Ged our check in host organised our Checkin as we has multiple needs. Parking and shuttle To the airport in the morning. Easily organised with a smile and a joke in his pocket. The only thing that let our stay down was the air con not working in our room. On arrival we weren't informed of any issue, on opening our room we stepped into a very hot room with 3 fans going full blast - despite the work around the room was too hot and our it made our son feel poorly"

"Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. All staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable with no issues at all. Lovely shower. Breakfast was much better than I expected as it was free with booking. Pancake machines were amazing! Would definitely stay again if I came to Bath again. So well located with easy walk right to centre of city. "
