"Lovely stay, only downside was our bed had broke but once I told reception they sorted us and moved us to another room all within 15mins so amazing service from the man in reception who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Breakfast was good"

"Stunning old house, really well maintained and spotlessly clean. The owners are wonderful, lovely people. Breakfast is superb. My room was a little tired, but very comfortable and warm. It is off the road, but not well signposted, so keep your eyes peeled when going for the first time"

"I really enjoyed my stay. It’s very clean and well maintained. It’s only a 5 min drive from the main city centre and sites so that’s a bonus. I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit Bath Spa in the future. "

"Really great dog friendly hotel. Staff could not do enough to make our stay a good one. The dog was treated as a VIP. Thank you. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. Glastonbury just a short drive away and a very good restaurant only a few minutes walk from the hotel. "

"From the second we booked our night away it was obvious that the customer service was excellent. All the staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and informative. Our room was large, with one kingsized bed and a single bed, with french windows that opened up to a lovely view of Wookey Hole. I wasn't impressed by our evening meal, it was very average, but I will say that dessert was delicious, as was the amazing breakfast. It didn't put me off though as we've rebooked for October!"
