"It is a good location from which to explore Bath and surrounding area, but it is not in the city center, although very short walk to the action. The property offers an expensive (very) parking option, but staff were quick to point a cheaper off site option a short distance away. Breakfast was a bit crowded and not too inspiring. The room was a little too tight for 2 adults and 2 kids, really. Once the sofa bed was opened, remaining space was very limited, but it was clean, and well kept. Kind of bland place, but it does the trick, good beds, clean, and reasonable location. Good value."
