This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

Luxurious hotel with top notch staff and food. Loved every minute here. The jacuzzi was the best one I have been in. Couldn't ask for a better vacation.

I arrived on Monday and was originally supposed to leave Thursday. Well, that did not happen. LOL. I loved this resort so much that I extended my stay from Thursday to Friday, and then Friday came and I STILL was not ready to leave, so I extended again until Saturday. That should tell you everything. This was a solo trip and truly one of the best investments I have ever made in myself. I am in my 40s, I have traveled quite a bit, and this is hands down the best resort experience I have ever had. I will be honest: when I first saw the price, I hesitated. I had never spent that kind of money on a hotel or resort before. I decided to take a chance, and Hotel Mousai was everything I expected and MORE. I stayed in the Corner Suite. DO IT. The room and that balcony were absolutely amazing. The entire resort was quiet, luxurious, polished, artsy, and incredibly clean. The service was top-notch from beginning to end. From the front desk to the attendants who assisted me throughout my stay, I felt taken care of every single day. I had turndown service every night, did yoga in the mornings, enjoyed the rooftop pool, used the beautiful gym, and ate some of the best food. With the all-inclusive plan, I was also able to enjoy restaurants at both properties. I honestly spent most of my vacation right at the resort because there was so much to enjoy. I did venture out to La Isla for some shopping, but I was always ready to get back to Mousai. Transportation to and from the airport was

A spectacular 4 night getaway with my wife. The food, the cocktails, the grounds all 10/10. What separates this property from others is the room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and the service was unreal. If total relaxation with great food and drink along with unparalleled service is your thing this is the resort for you. Lastly the rooftop pool is unforgettable, we are recharged and missing our trip already.
