Excellent food. Very friendly staff. All perfect for a short break.

Food was great worth the price! Whole team were fantastic from check in to check out. Accomodated us with a bigger room on the 1st before check in as we were booked in on the ground floor in needs with easy access room. really appreciated the care and attention to detail will be staying there again!

Excellent cottage, warm, cozy and a great location.

Cottage was excellent very clean well appointed and plenty of little extras including for children. Centrally located for local amenities and plenty of walking and other activities nearby. Overall a wonderful break

Very friendly and helpful service

I stayed in the annex luxury apartments which are fantastic. Amazing comfortable king size bed. Luxury bathroom and living area - like a suite set up. Two large TVs and kitchen - the sort of place you would buy.

The hotel is a definite 11/10 it is stunning. The fact that it is only 2 minutes from the shops and 10 minutes walk to the lake makes it even better and the views are incredible. Breakfast was perfect as well and the staff were fantastic and so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Place was easy enough to find with adequate parking right outside. On going in there was a friendly welcoming greating and there was nothing to check-in. After check-in we were asked if would be having an evening meal which we accepted. We had opted for a larger double room and it was clean and tidy and what you would expect from a rural country inn. I used to stay at this Hotel on a regular (often fortnightly) basis a few years ago as it offered well above average accommodation. I liked its location, which gave a balanced mix of easy access with rural unspoilt views, which is a rare treat for anybody who spends weeks driving up and down the Motorway networks. But what I especially liked was the staff, as they are the entire backbone of this hotel and a credit to its Management, I can't say that i've ever had one negative experience, either...

Very handy position, only a few minutes from the centre of Keswick. Very good options for breakfast. Good value. Will definitely come again.

Rooms were spotless . Very welcoming people , parking is a must. Breakfast was 10/10. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Views from the rooms are stunning. I will stay again.
