Rooms are large and very comfortable. Bar is good, prices reasonable and excellent choice. Spa is well appointed. Fantastic evening meal in Blok restaurant, food superb, staff attentive, informative and friendly. Breakfast also very good, again staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, an outstanding place for a couple to take a relaxing break"

"Check in easy enough, greeted by a hoover blocking our door with all cleaning products just dumped outside, had to move all to access room, thankfully no one was in there. Noise of lift can be heard in room all night, windows were mouldy and had so much condensation that there was a puddle on the ledge below. Brought these issues to the hotel after leaving and no response to any emails or phone calls"
