We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. Excellent hotel. Perfect location for westend. Convent garden The mall and trafalgar square. Next door to charing cross station. Rooms ideal. Bathroom great. Hotel.old but loads of character. Staff amazing Fantastic choice of breakfast. Beds very comfy. Toiletries supplied. Snacks and water supplied.

This hotel certainly lived up to the reputation of the Hilton brand. Perfect stay for our early morning flight, and will be choosing to stay again for future early departures / late arrivals.

Check in was 2.00pm, however, we arrived at 11.30am to drop our bags off and we're invited to check in to our room, which was amazing. The room was pristinely clean and modern and everything looked brand new. Service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely return. Was in an exceptional location for everything.

Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.
