"Staff were lovely and very helpful Room was to hot and not enough pillows sorry to say this because I took my granddaughter and we really enjoyed everything so not a complaint more an observation thank you and we will come again."

"Always reliable. Good clean, comfortable rooms. Check In wasn’t amazing. There was someone at the desk and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I did the self check in thing, without any problems BUT I would’ve thought that option was there for busy times or when check in wasn’t manned"
