We stayed 4 nights and everything was spot on. The location was perfect being just round the corner from the ferry, but quiet ( no driving around at the end of a long journey).The pub was very well laid out with plenty of room in the bar, lounge and dining areas. Beautifully presented inside, warm and cosy, with a very friendly relaxed welcome. Breakfast very good, and the evening meals were also good, we ate in every night. Booked this for a one night stay to attend Tom Jones concert. Found room to be spotless. Very comfortable with a lovely view towards the sea. Room a little small if you were staying for a week or more. However, for a short stay it was perfect. I would stay again and recommend to others. Breakfast was good and a very pleasant young lady in the restaurant to serve you.

Staff were very friendly as well as Hotel Manager.Would definitely stay there again

Excellent small cottage on a quiet area close to the beach. The host was very kind and organised. Lovely details left for us in the house too, which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

Well equipped cottage and good sized set in a quiet location with lovely views. Both double bedrooms had patio doors to outside space, one a communal courtyard, one a private garden. Easy off street parking for several cars, perfect base to explore island, Osborne house being particularly close. Easy to find after ferry from Fishbourne, stopped off at Quarr Abbey en route as literally passed its entrance. Check in easy to arrange with owner. Would recommend.

Fantastic! It was a little tricky to find by sat nav but the directions sent were spot on so follow them. Once we arrived it was dead easy - the lockbox is just outside, and spare keys inside There's plenty of room for your car, we have a zafira, and the outside space is very comfortable for relaxing or playing games. The hosts were lovely, right there if you need them but not if you don't. The house itself was beautiful and spotless. Plenty of chairs, seats, pots pans, crockery, cutlery, space...

Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.
