The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We booked the budget double room for two nights - although there was a good selection of quality drinks/biscuits/toiletries, we found the room too small for two people and two weekend suitcases. The breakfast was superb and beautifully cooked. We also had a meal and a couple of drinks on the evening we arrived, and I can say that it was the best we'd had for a long time.
