"I wasn't expecting the stay to be as good as it was. The room was compact but comfortable. The shower was instantly hot so no need to waste water waiting for it to get hot. Lovely scented body wash and shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were luxurious. The TV was a good size, not tiny. The Spanish lady at the bar was really kind and very helpful. In fact all the staff were really polite and welcoming. Food was great. Breakfast buffet was really good with full English and continental breakfast on offer. I have stayed in lots of hotels and was pleasantly surprised by this one."

"The property was in an excellent location for our visit to the Historical Dockyard as well as places to eat, the bus and train station. The property was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food."

"Me and my wife found this hotel to be exceptional,the best one we have stayed at for a long time,the parking out the front was perfect,the food was amazing and the decoration of the hotel was exactly our taste ,the garden and its lighting was lovely place to sit in ."
