"Appartment was great, location fantastic but need to improve check in and check out. Checking in : Was warned there was no front desk after 10pm so we arrived at 4pm. Main enterance was slightly tricky to find but when done we we greeted by security. They were not aware of our booking and tried their best to find our 'host'. The telephone number on the booking, when called, was incorrect. After an awkward 15 mins or so wait someone arrived to check us in. They were pleasent enough and guided...
