"The hotel was in a good location, was clean and tidy, had parking and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However one of the main reasons that I chose to stay at this hotel was because it had a pool as my grandson loves swimming. On arrival I was informed that the pool was closed. I would have appreciated being informed of this prior to arrival."

"The hotel was great with excellent service from all of the staff. Rooms were clean and roomy. We ate the breakfast buffet which was ok, but it may be that some of the options were not necessarily what we would like to eat. Would rather have more pastry options to choose from as it seemed very limited. Food in bar was excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely hotel to base yourself for peppa pig world. The pool was a bonus on arrival while waiting for dinner time. Changing facilities could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Breakfast had good choice. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Black out curtains helped with toddlers sleeping."

"This was a lovely hotel with a great energy flow Feel comfortable and welcoming The only issue I had was paying £5 per person to use the health club This was detailed in the booking so I was surprised to find this out upon check in. I do not have an issue with this had I know beforehand. This adds another £20 to your booking price when there is 4 of you but we really enjoyed the stay here would totally recommend."
