Quick and easy check in and out, all electronic....but think I prefer the meet and greet magic of meeting staff where you get the warmth of the experience of staying at a hotel rather then all electronic. That's my only crutch. Room was lovely, quiet and clean. Perfect location. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of car parking, but that's due to its central location so can't do much about that! I used JustPark to get parking nearby."
