"Rooms were not as 'plush' as I would have expected them to be - need a fresh coat of paint and some of the furniture needed replacing as it was marked and damaged. Was expecting a slightly higher standard. "Stayed here twice in the past 2 weeks and on both occasions, everything was perfect! Hotel is central to everything, was clean, comfy and staff friendly. I will make this my hotel of choice when visiting Edinburgh again! "The suite was lovely, in a perfect location and the reception staff were very welcoming. The only little thing that was wrong with the room is it was quite cold, even when you put the heating up full.
