This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was very reasonably priced at £4.50 for a a Continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt along with tea/coffee.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Didn't like confusion when I booked a Premier Inn yet the confirmation was for the Royal Oak that appeared to be close by.
Because I was to meet up with relatives at the Premier Inn it was important that we all be the same hotel. Indian call centre woman was pleasant but unable to clarify and did not email as requested.
Hotel would better be called the "Premier Inn Royal Oak" - as was thankfully found upon arrival.
The work of the cleaning staff will evidently become easier when changes...

We had a couple of nights stay here before Christmas.
The staff are all delightful and so helpful. Especially the deputy manager.
I had had a hip replacement so they changed our room to a ground floor room without us having to ask. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Having mince pies on the reception desk was a nice festive touch.
As other reviews have said the place is spotless and we had a very comfortable stay.

Very good break away at Ellesmere Port. Quiet location, seconds off motorway, and walking distance (10 mins) to bus stops & rail station - giving great access to Chester, Port Sunlight & Liverpool.
Bedroom clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast plentiful. Evening meal choices ok.
Staff all friendly - so a good little break .

Looks a bit grim from the outside and had a little difficulty finding the entrance as it is all shuttered on the ground floor which was a little worrying.
Once inside though found the staff incredibly helpful and the rooms very comfortable for the price. The bathrooms and a self-service kitchen area are shared but kept very clean.
Transport to and from the city was within easy reach as there's bus stop is outside and Wavertree train station is nearby. They also have the most secure parking...

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold.
When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Upon entering the Beautifully decorated lobby I was given key cards by the lovely clerks at the front desk, key cards which you need to enter the hotel itself and use...
