"A great hotel located in the Old Town of Krakow. Very convenient for all the main sites in the city and in easy walking distance of the main train station. All the staff were friendly, and the food was very good. The room was quite small but adequate for a short stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

Friendly staff, including a helpful concierge and a wide range of sweet and savory options at the breakfast buffet, including vegetarian, halal and gluten free choices. "We absolutely loved this hotel! We drove in to Krakow in the late afternoon and found the driving in the old city area pretty challenging. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and helped us get our car parked and took out all of the stress with trying to navigate the streets on our own. The rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel feels clean, modern and the service is just excellent. Breakfast were phenomenal! We walked everywhere from this hotel and totally enjoyed our experience.
