The staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We liked the quirky look of the hotel. The hotel was spotless and we received clean towels every day.
Very accommodating; beautiful suites; friendly service; air conditioning was great; everything in perfect working order.
The hotel was lovely and situated in an ideal place. Loved the rooftop bar!
Good location, the staff were friendly & very helpful. Food in the restaurant was impeccable, maybe the best ribs I’ve ever eaten!
Excellent decor and spacious rooms. Location was central to Jewish quarter and old town. Very quiet cul-de-sac off the Main Street. Handy supermarket opposite. Friendly staff and food was of a high standard. Lovely courtyard area outside which was ideal to relax in after a day exploring
Great location, comfortable and clean. Stairs could be a problem for some people but we didnt mind
Nice location, not too far from the main square but far enough for it to be quiet. Very good restaurant and a lovely garden space to eat and drink in. Nice staff. Single room was very very small with a window high up in the ceiling which I could not reach. It was very hot and so my room was stuffy ...
Good location, amenities were as promised, staff was verynice
Very nice apartment in a central location. Steps from Old Town Krakow and the Old Jewish quarter, everything was close by. The staff was very helpful and the apartment was well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Would definitely recommend it!
