"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."
"A fantastic place to stay. The use of the spa facilities whilst staying is a bonus.
Close to transportation or walking to places.
Great staff. Excellent food."
"Safe place, suitable for family, clean environment, 24-hour front desk service, light rail next to the hotel, two stops to the Krakow old town city area. We all enjoyed the vacation in Krakow."
"Good size room, free parking, friendly and helpful staff. Large choice of food for breakfast and fine meal of tagiatelle and shrimps in the restaurant."

"Very good hotel for its price. You can walk to the Krakow city center very easily, the employees speak English and the check-in procedure was fast.
I booked the cheapest and smallest one person room. The room is small, has no storage space and a small and outdated bathroom. This was not a problem for me, given the price, but should be taken into consideration. However the bed was very good and the room was good sound isolated. My room was in front of the elevator and I wake up to sounds quickly, but my night was never disrupted.
The breakfast offering was simple and small, however good for its price.
My conclusion: If you are looking for a cheap hotel that is very good at its basics function and you don't mind a simple room and simple breakfast options I would absolutely recommend. I intend on visiting Krakow again and I will absolutely book again."
"Fantastic historic building with charm on every floor. Elevator may not be suitable for all but we did fit two people and 2 lg, 2sm pieces of luggage in it. Reception was wonderful in terms of recommendations and can put you in touch with their driver given a day's notice."
"The staff was amazing!!!!
Great location close right in the middle of the town.
You feel like you are back in time. Kids loved it too especially playing pool "
