"We didn't use facilities, it was just a quick stay over but firstly we booked into a double room when I explicitly asked for a twi. My son and I had to trail all the way to reception to get a twin room . We wanted to relax and watch TV but it would only play for 3 or 4 minutes before going off, in the end we just turned it off and went to sleep . The bed was fantastic, and the pillows wonderful 😊. They were the highlights of the stay, so I can't give 5 🌟 but a 3/4 🌟. Disappointed "

"Just a quick overnight stay pre-flying. The check in was quick and painless with a friendly welcome. The restaurant was equally friendly. The room was spotless and well equipped. All in all a very easy stay"

"Good hotel for short stay near by airport. Noisy, but for one night is accepted, breakfast is in the middle. No shuttle to airport, bus stop near, pedestrian distance, taxi from airport is ~20£."

"Everything was great except for the staff levels. The dining room, bar and even reception area seemed to be trying to function on a shortage of bodies. They did they best they could and were brilliant but it wasn't fair to see them trying to cover everything "
