Bed was quite stiff. The biggest issue might be the lack of staff. This is a semi virtual hotel and it shows. I was not sent any check-in information before my stay and luckily there was someone on site to re-issue it. (I actually received the check in information a full week after my stay had already ended!). The other concern was that I requested a late check out via text message and received confirmation that was OK. However when I went back to my room to get my belongings and leave, the door code had locked me out leaving me scrambling to get to the airport. There was no one on site and no one responded to my text messages or phone calls for almost 2 hours. I was finally able to find a member of the cleaning staff to let me into my room to retrieve my bags. When I did finally hear back from the hotel it was a Curt message about how checkout time was 11 AM. When I shared the screenshots of my approval to check out later, nothing was said.
