"Room is a dream. I asked ahead of time for my "queen great view" to face downtown. Lobby people were friendly helping me get checked in early and got me a room with a clear view of the one world trade center. Location was #1 for me. Area is super convenient being between downtown and midtown. All of the surrounding neighborhoods have a distinct personality. You can walk for 30 minutes in any direction and anywhere you land will be lively. F train is around the corner from the hotel. It made going uptown to popular attractions like central park and museum of natural history a breeze for a first timer. Staff very friendly as well. Their uniforms are fresh"
"The hotel and staff are perfect! The property is set near all the dining you can imagine and the train is just a walk away! This is our new favorite place to stay. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit NYC."
"It is as is told on expedia. But the thing is you can hear the next door snoring or farting. Or when they open a light. The property puts every room slerping mask and earplugs. You understand the reason the very first night "
