"Love the hotel especially the design and decor. Staff is so nice and professional. Room service food is excellent. The only negative is the lack of an in-house gym. Would stay again. "

"Where to start, the check in was done quick, even had an interesting chat with the Purto Rican lady, she was great, she even told us about where to go around the hotel, she explained very well about the resort fee, and hot to use it at the Starbucks and the Library Restaurant. She gave us a room on the 40th floor with a great view towards billionaire's row. The room was well kept and very cleaned. The lobby is going thru a remodeling process, but that didnt hold us from enjoyment of the place. The hotel is on a prime location, right on time square and central park is within a short walk. There is subway station right at the corner, then subway can take you every where in Manhattan. Would definitely stay again at this Sheraton in Time Square. "
"The hotel is wonderful but expedia did not give the correct prices. The next time i will book thru the hotel and expedia gave a lower price and that is not what the real cost is.. "
