This is a beautiful property! It’s very well maintained. The staff is friendly & very helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous & modern especially the bathroom. That rainforest shower was amazing & very inviting. The hotel was very peaceful & the views are awesome! Great location.

I live in Connecticut, so I visit NYC pretty often, and I’m very picky about where I stay. For me to say I truly enjoyed this hotel says a lot. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one is by far my favorite—and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the amazing breakfast to the staff, who were so welcoming and attentive. The location is also perfect—there are so many restaurants nearby within walking distance, boat tours, and there’s even a mall right across the street, which made everything super convenient. Honestly, you don’t even understand how impressed I was. Highly recommend!
