"Internally the property was as photographed however after phoning the first morning to let management know there was a fly issue- some bug spray would be helpful so our food prep would be easier ,there was giant hogweed down the access path making access dangerous for me as a cancer patient as it is a highly toxic plant ...the garden had not had the grass cut in a very long time making it not useable -and no hot water was the icing on the cake ....nothing was rectified they said they would be...

However very confusing that received 2 invoices - 1 from Homeaway and another from Crabtree and Crabtree. Confusing as to what was being paid for what. Slight problem with accidental damage to a door, money taken from my card within 2 days of departure and I was told C and C would negotiate with owners even though I informed the owner myself on...

"Booked this via VRBO and was forwarded to Hereward Cottages. Upon booking we were under the impression we had 4 bedrooms to use as we pleased - however, we were told (pretty rudely via email) the 4th bedroom was only suitable for children (even though the beds would have easily held a fully grown adult on the bottom bunk).
