Towels have strange smell, linens are clean but the duvet itself has some black molds to it.
Staff are very friendly though. Very helpful and answers all questions promptly.
Parking is also very easy. Just front of the hotel and there are shops open 24/7.
Great location and the property was clean with quick check in. We were north bound to Scotland so meant a slight detour but it was a great drop enroute convenient and good value. Ate at McDonald’s next door which my daughter was pleased about!
Really great location for a stop off going south. Very warm welcome at the reception, clean and comfortable room with lovely view over the lake. The decor could do with a bit of updating, but not an issue really and I had a really good nights sleep.

Room could have been cleaner, not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Lovely reception staff, no issues. Parking included although at a service station so it was busy
Great location, paid parking close by (town centre location), easy to get to everything. Room comfy and everything you need in it. Bargain for the price.
Safe parking, convenient location for stop off during long journey

The check in was easy and quick, the room was clean enough for a one night stay and the price was really reasonable. Handy having Costa and McDonald’s next door and free parking.
If anyone is staying you should know there is only a costa coffee or McDonald's for food.
Remember to bring some spare tea or coff but there is probably more if requested. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath needs some attention around the plus as its very rusty. The view was exceptional across the lakes with lots of house martins nesting in the eves.
