"The staff at the reception and breakfast were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was old and looks difficult to maintain and the initial room given to us smelt mouldy setting off my hay fever and partners asthma. Reception quickly gave us another room which was better. Shower and breakfast was nice and the stay was overall pleasant."

Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

The heated and lit mirror in the bathroom is indicative of the attention to detail that makes a stay even nicer. In terms of staff, Tracy was really friendly and helpful. Perfect location and great service. The staff could not be more helpful. Parking easy and amenities good. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms a little tired but perfectly ok. The only slight downside is the room temperature which was a little on the hot side but overall it was great and we would stay again.
