"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "

"Haven’t been to a hostel this clean. The toilet looks like a hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here. Free towels to use, unlike other hostels where you have to pay €2. Walkable distance to attractions. "
"Staff was very kind. I’m leaving at 4:30 am for airport and it’s before their breakfast starts but he told me to stop at desk and they would have a to go breakfast for me. Amazing service
