The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. "We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year."

"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."
