"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

"Excellent service! Only downside was that the bathroom was very smelly and that a lamp didn’t work when we checked it, but the lamp was quickly replaced. Also the butter they served at breakfast was old, so please look into that. BUT the hotel itself was amazingly pretty and the staff was super helpful. "
