"I was attending TF Nation at the Hilton as I have done every year it has been there but this year I got fed up of the Hiltons gouging and decided to give the Ibis a try. I am so glad I did, for starters it was a lot cheaper than the Hilton with a nicer room in a much quieter hotel. It was very clean throughout and the breakfast room was a delight as it was mostly empty both mornings and I walked in and got what I wanted straight away with ease. With the breakfast itself I do have some complaints, the range of options does not compare and the bacon was overdone being chewy rather than crisp. The major downside to staying here for TFN is the twenty minute walk to the Hilton for the event, should you forget something it's then a forty minute round trip and it is nearly always blazing hot when TFN is on. If you can live with that or just want more money in your pocket for the show itself then the Ibis is an excellent option. Also of note, to me at least is that they have a small row of car charging points right outside their front door so if you have an EV this is again a great option for next time."

"Excellent choice of breakfast, limited restaurant menu however it’s decent. Walking distance to a lot of great places, being in the city centre. Canal walk is 5 mins walk, library, eating places. Staff was polite and helpful. Wish had a swimming pool but otherwise 5/5 Do account for parking (£15-21 / day) and clean air zone charges £8/day "

"Comfy bedroom, everything in good working conditions. All necessary things from USB ports to TV where I could connect my Firestick. Nice bathroom, awesome shower."
