"I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff, the amenities and the entertainment were great. Only thing I wished they had was vegan options. I am vegan and it was very hard finding vegan options on the resort because even the rice they put butter. Overall, I enjoyed my stay "

"Excellent hotel in excellent location. The lobby personnel is very nice, the hotel and the room is very clean with everything you would need. There’s a garage underneath the hotel with elevator access. All equipment seems new and good quality in the room. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the 5th ave. The walmart is next door. Similarly the town hall is around the corner with lots of activities at night. I wouldn’t want to stay in a different place in my future visits to Playa....

"What we loved about this property was how centralized it was to the things we like. We stayed 5 days. We were right across the water and with a balcony we had an awesome ocean view. Right below us was a 7-11 and a pharmacy. So we could get bottles of water or cheap food at any hour of the day. The pharmacy was great since I forgot my sleep medication. You don’t need a prescription and can get just about anything you can imagine. We went to a different coffee shop every day and a different...

"Antera was perfect for what my family needed. Walking distance to the beach, safe, lots of shops and restaurants close by, nightlife, and close to Xcaret park. We had to wait until 3pm to get our room but that’s check-in. "

"Rooms look like the pictures. Nice distance from 5th Ave - short walk to get there but far enough from the noise. Nice rooftop pool with daybeds and cushioned loungers but no bar or restaurant. My only issue was the thin walls but I plan to stay here again because the value for the price is so good!"
