"For a hotel next to an airport I spent about 6 hours in this place is good. Matt was very friendly and helpful, I didnt get the person's name who pointed me in the right direction at checkout but they were also really helpful as well. Crazy good customer service for such a short, functional hotel stay"

"Had to swop rooms twice as first room paint was scuffed, bed not clean. 2nd room (upgraded to superior) was right next to air con which kept me awake all night, has cracks in paint work and mould in bathroom. 3rd room was very nice. Staff were lovely and bar area was nice. Gardens beautiful. Rest of hotel (not shown in website) photos needs renovation with broken window in corridors, scuffed and peeling paint. "
