"Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people."

"What an incredible stay! We had room 16, a classic room on the first floor which meant we had a lovely view of the pool and Biot itself from our balcony. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and spacious so we slept well, especially with the marvellous air con! The only negative would be that the shower cubicle was on the smaller side but I know the larger rooms offer larger bath/showers. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular when our homeward flight was cancelled because French air traffic control were striking. We had to stay an extra night and fortunately they had space and moved things around so we could stay in the same room. They also offered us breakfast free of charge for that final morning which was such a lovely treat - the MOST delicious selection of food, and healthy too. Due to the warm weather we spent the days by the pool, a great size and often we had it to ourselves, and sometimes ventured out to a simple yet fantastic restaurant a few minutes walk away called RESTAURANT LE MARCMANIA - delicious home cooked food and very friendly. We also ventured into Biot itself which is very pretty and has some lovely places to eat. We checked out the gym which was again very clean and well represented with 3 machines (treadmill etc) but could do with a proper set of dumbbells. There was also a sauna and steam room. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back in slightly cooler weather to explore more."

"Secure parking 8€ , lovely apartment, very comfortable, easy checkin , friendly staff..very clean complexe..small drawback, self clean apartment , take away rubbish, we were only one night, so no issues for us..and advertised pool not open until 10:00am , too late for our early departure..but otherwise very nice affordable complex "

"Nice hotel with great roof top pool & terracing looking out over the harbour & old town. Beautiful small sandy beach was 20min walk away next to the old town. The hotel had an outdoor pool as well surrounded by trees & a small garden. I never booked breakfast during my stay my room had fridge microwave toaster kettle & electric hob, I also cleaned my own room at the end of the stay (€60 option if the hotel cleans the room ) The staff were polite & helpful but be warned there is substantial building work going on right next door to the hotel with 2 massive cranes which swing over the rooftop pool !! … and this will continue for at least 2 yrs … tbh it wasn’t noisy & by the end of my stay didn’t bother me at all. The manager offered to change my room 3 days in but I stayed were I was "
